Tennessee·Title 2
The commissioner of safety in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, and the coordinator of elections in accordance with § 2-11-201(c) , may promulgate rules to effectuate this part and § 2-2-106 .
