(a)If an administrator of elections attends a training, seminar, conference, or other educational event related to elections and such event is outside of this state, the administrator of elections must file a form prescribed by the coordinator of elections reporting, at a minimum, the following information:
(1)The name of the event and the entity hosting or producing the event;
(2)The location and date of the event;
(3)The identity of the person or entity that paid for the attendance of the administrator of elections;
(4)Number of days attended; and (5) The total amount of county, state, or federal funds used to attend the event, if any.
