§ 15-2-109 — Workers' Memorial Day
Tennessee·Title 15
April 28 of each year is to be observed as "Workers' Memorial Day," to honor and recognize workers killed and injured on the job. This day shall not be a legal holiday as defined in § 15-1-101 .
