§ 53-2-6 — Contract for benefit of third person--Enforcement by beneficiary, limitation of time.

South Dakota·Title 53 CONTRACTS·Ch. 53-2 PARTIES TO CONTRACTS
A contract made expressly for the benefit of a third person may be enforced by him at any time before the parties thereto rescind it.
