§ 15-14-11 — Oath of jurors--Affirmation.

South Dakota·Title 15 CIVIL PROCEDURE·Ch. 15-14 CONDUCT OF JURY TRIALS
As soon as the jury is completed, the following oath shall be administered to the jurors. Do you, and each of you, swear or affirm that you will fairly hear the matters in dispute and render a verdict according to the evidence and the instructions of the court, so help you God?
