South Carolina·Title 57 HIGHWAYS, BRIDGES AND FERRIES·Ch. 9 ABANDONMENT OR CLOSING OF STREETS, ROADS, OR HIGHWAYS
This chapter shall not be construed to repeal any other provision of law but shall be cumulative thereto.
