§ 48-9-310 — Submission of statements, estimates, budgets, and other information.
South Carolina·Title 48 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 9 SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS LAW
The department may require the commissioners of the respective soil and water conservation districts to submit to it such statements, estimates, budgets and other information as it may deem necessary.
