§ 38-73-940 — Information in support of filing.
South Carolina·Title 38 INSURANCE·Ch. 73 PROPERTY, CASUALTY, INLAND MARINE, AND SURETY RATES AND RATE-MAKING ORGANIZATIONS
A filing and any supporting information are open to public inspection after the filing becomes effective. The information furnished in support of a filing under Section 38-73-340 or 38-73-520 may include:
(1)the experience or judgment of the insurer or rating organization making the filing;
(2)its interpretation of any statistical data it relies upon;
(3)the experience of other insurers or rating organizations; and (4) any other relevant factors. A filing and any supporting information are open to public inspection after the filing becomes effective.
