§ 38-73-440 — Certain factors may not be considered in determining automobile insurance rates.

South Carolina·Title 38 INSURANCE·Ch. 73 PROPERTY, CASUALTY, INLAND MARINE, AND SURETY RATES AND RATE-MAKING ORGANIZATIONS

In determining the premium rates to be charged on automobile insurance, it is unlawful to consider race, religion, national origin, or economic status.
