Text
The board must issue a certificate of registration without examination of any person who on June 30, 1983, was a registered sanitarian duly registered with the South Carolina Board of Examiners for Registered Sanitarians. The board must also issue a certificate of registration to any individual who is working in environmental health and control programs in the State on the effective date of this chapter who is not a registered environmental sanitarian who makes application to the board and takes the examination prior to July 1, 1985.
