§ 33-49-1020 — Dissolution after commencing business.

South Carolina·Title 33 CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 49 ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES
A cooperative which has commenced business may dissolve voluntarily and wind up its affairs in the manner provided in this article.
