Text

The Secretary of State shall charge and collect for:

(1)Filing articles of incorporation, ten dollars;
(2)Filing articles of amendment, three dollars;
(3)Filing articles of consolidation or merger, five dollars;
(4)Filing articles of conversion, three dollars;
(5)Filing certificate of election to dissolve, three dollars;
(6)Filing articles of dissolution, five dollars; and (7) Filing certificate of change of principal office, three dollars.
