Text

Any person or entity authorized to dispense drugs including, but not limited to, a pharmacy, institutional pharmacy, or practitioner, may:

(1)purchase or otherwise acquire drugs compounded or repackaged by an outsourcing facility directly from the outsourcing facility without an order from a practitioner other than, when applicable, the practitioner purchasing or acquiring the drug; and (2) administer and dispense drugs purchased or acquired pursuant to item (1) to the same extent as drugs acquired through other authorized means.
