Repealed by 2017 Act No. 40, SECTION 14.B.1, eff May 10, 2017. Editor's Note 2017 Act No. 40, SECTION 14.B.2, provides as follows: "This subsection 14.B.1. takes effect upon approval by the Governor and first applies to Fiscal Year 2018-2019."
