South Carolina·Title 11 PUBLIC FINANCE·Ch. 41 STATE GENERAL OBLIGATION ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOND ACT
All bonds issued under this chapter are exempt from taxation as provided in Section 12-2-50.
