South Carolina·Title 6 LOCAL GOVERNMENT—PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO SPECIAL PURPOSE DISTRICTS AND OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS·Ch. 37 BEAUFORT-JASPER WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY
Any amendment or repeal of this chapter shall not operate to impair the obligation of any contract made by the authority pursuant to any power conferred by this chapter.
