HISTORY: 2009 Act No. 55, SECTION 1, eff June 2, 2009. Editor's Note 2009 Act No. 55 SECTION 2 provides a follows: "The provisions of this act are intended to supersede all other legislative acts or actions of a county council which are inconsistent with this act. Therefore, all other legislative acts or actions of a county council taken to date concerning the establishment of the authority that are inconsistent with this act are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistencies."
