(a)Not more than one place of business shall be maintained under the same license, but the Board may issue more than one license to the same licensee upon compliance with all the provisions of this chapter governing issuance of a single license; provided, however, that no license need be obtained for an accounting record-keeping place of business or other internal place of business control.
(b)No change in the place of business for the making and collecting of loans, made pursuant to this chapter, of a licensee to a location outside of the original city or town shall be permitted under the same license. When a licensee wishes to change his place of business within a city or town he shall give written notice thereof to the Board, accompanied by the license certificate and the Board shall
