§ 34-29-30 — Application for license; fees.

South Carolina·Title 34 BANKING, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND MONEY·Ch. 29 CONSUMER FINANCE LAW
Application for a license shall be in writing under oath and in the form prescribed by the Board. The application shall contain such information as the Board may require, including the names and addresses of the partners, officers, directors or trustees, and such of the principal owners or members as will provide the basis for investigations and findings contemplated by Section 34-29-40. At the time of making such application, the applicant shall pay to the Board a fee for investigating the application and the sum for a license, as prescribed by the Board, which will yield sufficient revenue to defray the entire expense of operating the Consumer Finance Division of the Board of Financial Institutions for the period ending on the last day of the current calendar year.
