§ 27-29-200 — Fees; land, books, and records subject to examination by commission; annual renewal reports.

(a)For the registration of subdivided lands there shall be paid to the commission a registration fee of ten dollars, plus one-tenth of one percent of the maximum aggregate offering price of the registered subdivided lands to be offered in this State up to one hundred thousand dollars, plus one-twentieth of one percent of the amount in excess of one hundred thousand dollars and not exceeding four hundred thousand dollars, plus one-fortieth of one percent of the amount in excess of four hundred thousand dollars; but in no case shall such fee be greater than five hundred dollars for each registration.
