The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by any state agency having jurisdiction and authority to enforce this chapter, including, but not limited to:

(a)Secretary of State (b) Division of Labor (c) Attorney General (d) Department of Consumer Affairs (e) South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (f) Circuit solicitors (g) Local law enforcement agencies (h) Any person who has been damaged by or has knowledge of any violation of the provisions of this chapter.

HISTORY: 1985 Act No. 149, SECTION 1; 1993 Act No. 181, SECTION 977, eff February 1, 1994. Effect of Amendment The 1993 amendment substituted "Director of the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation or his designee" for "Commissioner of Labor".
