§ 58-23-1090 — Special markers for reserve or substitute passenger vehicles.
When any reserve or substitute vehicle maintained by a motor carrier holding a certificate D, or a certificate A or a certificate B for passenger vehicles, to be used only in emergencies, is in use it may be designated by a special marker to be furnished by the Office of Regulatory Staff.
