Text

Any holder of a certificate of number shall notify the department in writing within thirty days if his address no longer conforms to the address appearing on the certificate and, as part of the notification, shall furnish the department with his new address.

Editor's Note 1999 Act No. 124, SECTION 2T, provided for the transfer of the sections from Article 3, Chapter 21 where this section was numbered as SECTION 50-21-400. Effect of Amendment The 2008 amendment substituted "thirty days" for "fifteen days" and made nonsubstantive language changes.
