Text
The fees of deputy surveyors shall be as follows:
(1)For surveying every acre of land, one cent;
(2)For making out a fair plat, certifying, signing and returning the same, two dollars and fourteen cents; and (3) For running old lines for any person or between parties, or by order of court, while they are on the survey, three dollars per day.
