§ 8-21-120 — Fees of appraisers of homestead and commissioners in dower or partition.
The fees:
(1)Of appraisers to set out the homestead shall be two dollars per day; and (2) Of commissioners in dower or in partition shall be each one dollar and a half per day and five cents per mile for necessary travel.
