Text
The Department on Aging shall submit an annual report to the Governor and to the General Assembly on or before January first of each year. The report shall deal with the present and future needs of the elderly and with the work of the department during the year.

Effect of Amendment 2018 Act No. 261, SECTION 9, in the first sentence, substituted "The Department on Aging" for "The division" and "Governor" for "Lieutenant Governor", and in the second sentence, substituted "department" for "division".
