Editor's Note 2008 Act No. 353, SECTION 2 Pt 25. C, effective July 1, 2009, designated this section as "Reserved." Former SECTION 43-21-30, repealed by 1993 Act No. 181, SECTION 1617(A), was entitled "Meeting; quorum; vice-chairman and other officers; bylaws", was derived from 1986 Act No. 428, SECTION 3, and pertained to the Commission on Aging.
