Text
(A)An examination of the unemployment compensation fund may be initiated upon the request of either:
(1)the Chairman of the Senate Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee or the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and the President of the Senate; or (2) the Chairman of the House of Representatives Labor, Commerce and Industry Committee or the Chairman of the House of Representatives Ways and Means Committee and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.
(B)The request must describe the issues upon which the requestor would like for the examination to focus.
(C)The director must consult with the requestors to determine the appropriate scope of the examination.

The Code Commissioner is directed to change all references to 'President Pro Tempore', 'President Pro Tempore of the Senate', or 'President of the Senate Pro Tempore' not specifically addressed in this act to 'President of the Senate'."
