South Carolina·Title 31 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT·Ch. 12 REDEVELOPMENT OF FEDERAL MILITARY INSTALLATIONS AND OTHER DEFENSE SITES
Notwithstanding any provision of law or regulation, an authority is an "agency" for purposes of Chapter 78 of Title 15.
