§ 8-11-45 — Transfer of accumulated leave upon transfer of legislative employees.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any legislative employee who transfers from one agency of the General Assembly to another shall be permitted to transfer all accumulated annual and sick leave regardless of the employment status to which transferred. The provisions of this section shall be effective commencing January 1, 1980.
