Text
The authority shall keep an accurate account of all its activities and of all its receipts and expenditures and annually in the month of January shall make a report of it to its members and to the Governor in a form prescribed by the members.

HISTORY: 1962 Code SECTION 22-41.16; 1969 (56) 444; 2005 Act No. 164, SECTION 33, eff June 10, 2005. Effect of Amendment The 2005 amendment deleted "and to the State Auditor, such reports to be" following "Governor" and at the end ", with the written approval of the Auditor" and made nonsubstantive and conforming amendments throughout.
