Text

Each county shall pay:

(1)The fees of the grand and petit jurors while in attendance upon the circuit court;
(2)Witnesses' fees in the State cases for actual attendance upon the circuit courts as provided by law;
(3)Fees of physicians and surgeons testifying as experts before a coroner's jury or the circuit court;
(4)Fees of sheriffs and clerk of court as provided by law;
(5)Fees of county coroners as allowed by law;
(6)Fees or salaries of magistrates and constables;
(7)The compensation of auditors, treasurers and county supervisors as provided by law; and (8) Accounts accrued for dieting prisoners confined in the State Penitentiary pending their trial or committed thereto for safekeeping and not for service of any sentence imposed by law.
