South Carolina·Title 24 CORRECTIONS, JAILS, PROBATIONS, PAROLES AND PARDONS·Ch. 1 DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS
The department shall prosecute all violations of the law in reference to the treatment of convicts.
