§ 1-1-715 — United States Census of 2020 adopted.

South Carolina·Title 1 ADMINISTRATION OF THE GOVERNMENT·Ch. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
(A)The United States Census of 2020 is adopted as the true and correct enumeration of the inhabitants of this State, and of the several counties, municipalities, and other political subdivisions of this State.
(B)The geographic assignments in Sections 2-1-45 and 2-1-75 are derived from the decennial census P.L. 94-171 redistricting data released by the United States Census Bureau on August 12, 2021, and September 16, 2021.
