§ 46-9.1-9. Liability for pilotage fees.
The master, owner, agent, or consignee entering or clearing a vessel at any port or
            landing place in this state or of a vessel transversing the waters of Block Island
            Sound shall be jointly and severally liable for pilotage fees at the rates prescribed
            by the rules and regulations of the commission.
