§ 46-10-14. Bond of director.
The director of the department of environmental management shall give bond to the
            general treasurer for the faithful discharge of the director's duty under this chapter
            with sufficient sureties to the acceptance of the general treasurer, in the sum of
            five thousand dollars ($5,000); and any person, having a claim against the director
            for any breach or neglect of the director's official duty, may have a remedy therefor
            by a suit on his or her bond, to be prosecuted in the name of the general treasurer.
