§ 46-10-16. Employment of assistants by director.
The director of the department of environmental management, upon taking charge of
            unclaimed property, may employ as many persons as the director shall think necessary
            to assist in preserving the property, and he or she may appoint guards to secure the
            property and may suppress all tumults and disorders.
