§ 46-9.1-20. Reinstatement following suspension.
Any pilot whose license has been suspended shall, following the expiration of the
            period of his or her suspension, be entitled to the reinstatement of his or her license;
            provided, the pilot shall possess the same qualifications he or she had at the time
            the pilot received his or her first license as in this chapter provided.
