§ 46-9-9. Temporary pilot licenses — Emergencies.
In the event of a national or domestic emergency, the commission may issue temporary
            pilot licenses, to persons not meeting the qualifications in § 46-9-7, to serve as long as the emergency shall exist or until such time as the pilots so
            licensed can be replaced by persons meeting the qualifications prescribed in § 46-9-7.
