§ 46-9-28. Penalties — Misdemeanor.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation, or order adopted or issued pursuant to this chapter, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for not more than thirty

(30)days, or both; and every such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate and distinct offense for each day during which the violation shall be repeated or continued.
