§ 46-9-24. Reinstatement following suspension.
Any pilot whose license has been suspended may, following the expiration of the period
            of his or her suspension, be eligible for the reinstatement of his or her license;
            subject to any conditions that may be imposed by the commission in accordance with
            this chapter and subject to any rules and regulations that may be in effect at that
            time.
