§ 46-9-23. Contest — Notice and opportunity to be heard.
Whenever there is a contested case concerning the granting, denial, revocation, or
            other action concerning a pilot's license, the commission shall provide the pilot
            with notice and an opportunity to be heard, and shall, in this respect, and all others
            concerning the contested case, conform to the practices required by the Administrative
            Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
