§ 46-9-14. Fall River pilots.

A person holding a Massachusetts pilot's license for the port of Fall River may, upon application to the commission and payment of a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the State of Rhode Island and satisfactorily passing an examination given by the commission under this chapter covering those waters in Rhode Island which are normally used by shipping when entering or departing from the port of Fall River, be issued a Rhode Island license limited to those waters of the state for which he or she was examined, and the issuance of this license shall also be subject to such other provisions of this chapter as the c
