§ 46-6-15. Duty of commissioners of wrecks and harbormasters to give notice of obstructions.
It shall be the duty of commissioners of wrecks and shipwrecked goods, and of harbormasters,
            to give immediate notice to the department of environmental management of all shipwrecks
            occurring in tidewaters of their respective towns and harbors and of any obstructions
            existing therein.
