§ 46-28-10. Administrative support and staffing.
The water resources board shall be responsible for providing administrative support
            in carrying out the responsibilities charged to the Rhode Island rivers council; the
            water resources board, the department of environmental management, and the statewide
            planning program shall, as appropriate, provide the Rhode Island rivers council staff
            support as necessary to accomplish the purposes of this chapter.
