§ 46-25-45. Appropriation.
For the purpose of paying initial expenses of administration and operation of the
            commission, there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise
            appropriated, the sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000), and the state controller
            is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders upon the general treasurer
            for the payment of that sum, or so much thereof as may be required, from time to time,
            upon receipt by the controller of proper vouchers signed by the director of the department
            of administration and approved by the governor.
