§ 46-25-34. Cooperation and coordination with other agencies.

In the performance of its duties hereunder, the commission shall be entitled to ask for and to receive from the Providence water supply board or any other commission, board, officer, or agency of the state, such information, cooperation, assistance and advice as shall be reasonable and proper in view of the nature of the functions. Each municipality within the district shall make available to the commission the names and addresses of the users of sewage services within the municipality, and shall assist the commission in providing administrative support for the billing of users at a reaso
