§ 46-25-19.1. Recording of sewer systems.
Starting on January 1, 2012, the commission shall maintain as-built drawings and plans
            on any new or upgraded sewer main it owns and operates. Such as-built drawings and
            plans shall be the responsibility of the person that the commission has designated
            and shall be in a form designated by the commission.
