§ 46-25-11. Power to acquire land.
For any purposes of this chapter, the commission may, at any time and from time to
            time, take by eminent domain or acquire by purchase or otherwise, such land, water
            rights, easements, and other property or interests in property, public and private,
            as it may determine necessary or desirable for the purposes of this chapter.
