§ 46-24-6. Business prohibited to members.
No member of the Pawtuxet River authority shall directly or indirectly engage in any
            contract or agreement for labor, supply of materials for construction, or reconstruction
            of the physical assets of the district or replacements or additions thereto. No person
            holding elective office in the participating communities or the general assembly of
            the state of Rhode Island shall be eligible to be a member of the authority.
